An authority in the interior design world, Interior Design recruited Icon to lead the next phase of their digital journey. Their existing site was lacking in usability, both on the front and backend, and fell short of the visual experience the magazine was known for.
Our process began in thorough audits of the site, focusing on content, navigation and existing user flows and profiles. Paired with user and competitor research, Icon was able to identify the main pain points of the site, as well as key audience growth opportunities.
Icon’s design team then paired these crucial UX learnings with fresh UI that championed the visual editorial content Interior Design was known for. The aim was to instill the essence of the magazine, while leveraging the benefits of a digital browsing experience. The result is a clean interface where content can truly shine.
